The upkeep and maintenance of your home or property is an ongoing concern that can be very time consuming, frustrating and, not least expensive, but you don't need to call out several different tradesmen for the many different jobs in the, home, office, or garden.

I am a multi-skilled handyman experienced in small domestic and commercial work and larger jobs such as door and window replacement.

Rates

For odd jobs I charge a half-day rate. For many jobs together there is a full day rate and thereafter there is a scale of multiple day discounts so the more work you can group together the better for you.

There are fixed prices for certain jobs (see listings) and for bigger work I will arrange a viewing and give a quotation.

My rates do not include materials, however I will purchase on your behalf using my traders discounts by arrangement.

Typically using a handyman service will save you 50% in comparison to a main trade contractor.
